Fine dust emergency. How to take care of indoor air.

본문

The warm spring weather is welcome for a while because fine dust is rising again these days. Did you know that you should pay more attention to indoor air management as the outdoor air is bad? This is because it is full of fine dust from the outside and trapped air due to difficulty in ventilation.

Today, I'm going to introduce how to take care of the indoor air.

There are probably a lot of people who are reluctant to close the windows and ventilate due to fine dust. Rather, it is important to discharge air periodically because ventilation can worsen indoor air.

At this time, it is better to ventilate during the day than at night or dawn when the atmosphere is stagnant! You can effectively manage indoor air just by ventilating it three times a day for more than 10 minutes.

If you are concerned about dust entering the house during ventilation! Spray water with a sprayer after ventilation and mop the floor. However, it is recommended to refrain from ventilation on days when the concentration of fine dust is high, so make sure to check before ventilation.

It's also a good idea to place plants with excellent air purification in various parts of the house. Use the Spartifillum, which removes Arecayana benzene, acetone, and formaldehyde components that are highly toxic!

It not only has an air purification function, but also has excellent stress relief and psychological stability effects.^^

Maintaining proper temperature and humidity is one of the ways to manage indoor air!

If the room is too humid, mold can easily reproduce, and on the contrary, if it is too dry, skin and respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and atopic dermatitis can worsen. So it's important to maintain the right temperature and humidity.

For pleasant air, keep the indoor temperature at 18 to 22°C and the humidity at 40 to 60%. Hanging out wet laundry or placing charcoal everywhere is also a good way.

Just by cleaning regularly, you can effectively remove foreign substances and fine dust from all over the house.

It is better to use a wet mop than to use a vacuum cleaner, and clean carpets and bedding carefully that can accumulate dust!

In addition, it is good to clean windows where fine dust is easy to enter! Mix water and vinegar in a 1:1 ratio, spray it on the window, and wipe it with a dry towel or newspaper.
